Terms of use
Home Time Classics is operated by One More Idea Holdings LLC for adult account holders arranging shared game activities. You must be at least 18 to create and manage an account, purchase a membership, or host a room. Anyone under 18 participates under an adult account holder’s supervision. Keep your password private and use only invitations from people you know.
Games and playful fortunes are for entertainment. They are not predictions or professional advice. Do not use the service to harass, exploit, impersonate or share illegal material. Do not post sensitive personal information, private contact details or content you do not have permission to share. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Printables are for personal household and hosted group use; do not resell or redistribute the collection. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Additional legal terms and contact details must be finalized before paid launch.
Privacy notice
The account integration uses an email address, username, adult confirmation, terms acceptance record and account-session identifiers. Supabase Auth handles account authentication, with verification and recovery emails delivered through Resend. When memberships are available, Stripe handles payment details; the application stores a Stripe customer reference rather than card numbers. Membership purchases are currently closed.
Private rooms process participant nicknames, game choices, answers and scores to run the session. Room invitations and session identifiers are access credentials: share invitations only with your intended group. The existing room service expires rooms after four hours and cleans up expired records during subsequent activity; deletion is not instantaneous.
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and room sessions. Local browser preferences may remember sound and display choices. This build does not add advertising trackers. Session records have expiration times; final account-retention, backup and deletion procedures must be approved before public registration opens.
Adults can download the account details available through their account page. Requests to access, correct or delete other personal information will use the support contact below once activated. Billing records may need to be retained where required by law. Do not enter children’s personal information into game prompts or Sia.
Party planning and shopping links
Party drafts autosave in this browser, including your event choices, budget, task notes and supplier entries. Anyone using the same browser may be able to read them. My Plans lets you delete device copies or stop autosaving. If you explicitly save to your signed-in adult account, a private copy is stored in our database and associated with your account; you can delete that copy in My Plans. Clearing browser storage does not delete an account copy.
Keep children’s names, contact details and sensitive information out of planning notes. Traditions and dietary preferences are optional and are used to organize your plan. Downloaded and printed copies are under your control; review them before sharing.
Shopping links open external retailers. Where a paid referral link is active, a disclosure appears beside it; the retailer or its affiliate service may use tracking cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not add guest information, private event details or preferences to referral identifiers. Generic supply estimates are not live retailer prices, reservations or purchases.
Children’s privacy
Home Time Classics accounts and membership notification requests are for adults age 18 and over. Children do not create their own accounts. An adult hosts and supervises shared play. Grade levels describe trivia difficulty, not account eligibility.
Use made-up nicknames for young participants. Do not submit a child’s full name, email, phone number, location, school, photographs or other identifying details. The free games keep the names you type on your device; those names are not sent to our game server. Online rooms process nicknames, game answers, scores and session identifiers as described above. Our hosting provider also processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact inquire@sitechnologiesllc.com with the affected page or room and a description of the concern. Do not email identity documents or additional information about the child. We will review the request, verify the requester’s authority where necessary, and address removal and further collection as required by applicable law.
An adult checkbox is not verifiable parental consent. We have not enabled child accounts, room recording or Sia monitoring. Any future feature that collects children’s personal information requires a separate privacy and consent review before activation.
Membership opening notifications
If an adult requests an opening notification, we store the email address, request time and consent version in our database for this purpose only. This does not create an account, start a subscription or sign you up for a newsletter. The form does not send an immediate email.
New requests receive a removal link on screen. Save that link, or contact inquire@sitechnologiesllc.com to request removal. Duplicate submissions do not extend an existing request. Requests expire after 180 days and are excluded from notification lists after that point; expired records are cleaned up when the form is next used.
Memberships, cancellation & refunds
Full Access is $1.99 USD per month. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Any applicable taxes and the amount payable must appear before payment. Sia purchases remain unavailable until the feature is launched.
When billing is enabled, use Account → Manage or cancel membership to access Stripe’s billing portal. Your cancellation request stops future renewals immediately. You retain access through the end of your current paid monthly billing period, after which your membership ends. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. No payment is collected while checkout is closed.
Adult hosting & family safety
Adults manage accounts, invitations and supervision. There is no public matchmaking. Hosts approve participants and can lock or end rooms and remove players. Anyone may pass on a prompt. Avoid dares involving danger, embarrassment, contact information or unwanted physical contact. For activities requiring cutting, movement or small objects, the adult host decides what is appropriate and provides help.
Grade labels describe trivia difficulty. They do not grant permission for minors to create accounts. Adult confirmation is self-attestation, not identity or age verification.
Accessibility statement
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Account screens support visible labels, keyboard input, password managers, code pasting and announced status messages. Reduced-motion settings are respected. Accessibility verification is ongoing; this is not a claim of full WCAG conformance or ADA certification.
Manual screen-reader testing, all game controls, zoom and reflow, contrast, timed interactions and printable PDF accessibility remain part of the release review. Contact us with the page, task and assistive technology involved so we can investigate barriers and provide an alternative where possible.
